PROTOCOLS
I. Participant Authentication
Student Status
Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students currently enrolled in a recognized university/college.
Discipline
Students from all branches of Engineering, Technology, and Science are encouraged to apply.
Identification
Participants must carry a valid college ID card for verification during the offline round.
Team Size
Teams must consist of [2–4] members. One must be designated as the Team Lead.
Composition
Inter-college teams are allowed. No swapping members after abstract submission.
II. Submission Matrix
Abstract Submission
Must follow the official template covering Problem, Solution, Tech Stack, and Impact.
Academic Integrity
Plagiarism or use of pre-existing projects not owned by the team leads to disqualification.
III. The Offline Gauntlet
The Selection
The Top 30 teams overall will be selected for the offline Grand Finale.
24H Hackathon
A continuous 24-hour build marathon held offline at Central University of Karnataka
Final Protocols
The comprehensive Code of Conduct for the finale will be released via email to finalists.
Temporal_Nodes
Failure to comply with protocol 2.5 results in immediate session termination and blacklisting.
